Jerry McGinn Referee, Big East Conference Jerry currently serves as a Referee for the Big East conference. In his 7 seasons with the Big East, Jerry has been honored with 6 Bowl assignments. They include the Orange, Outback, Music City, Sun, Liberty and Chick-Fil-A/Peach Bowl. Prior to joining the Big East, Jerry worked in the Atlantic-10 (now the Colonial Athletic Association). During his tenure in the Atlantic-10, Jerry worked a first round playoff game between Florida A & M and Georgia Southern. Other post season games at the Division II & Division III level were; Division II Quarterfinal, Division III Semi-Final and 1st Round Game. Jerry is the past President of Eastern Association of Intercollegiate Football Officials (EAIFO) Philadelphia Chapter and the Philadelphia Gridiron chapter of the PIAA. John McDaid Big East Referee
John has 21 years of football officiating experience, the past 9 with the Big East Conference. John started his officiating in San Diego and officiated NCAA games at the Junior College and Division III level before moving East in 1995. John has officiated in the West Virginia Interscholastic Athletic Conference (Division II) in 1998-1999, the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (Division I-AA) in 2000, before being offered a position in the Big East Conference in 2001. John was a Back Judge through the 2005 season before moving to Referee in 2006. He has received assignments for the Liberty, Peach, Sun, Orange, Capital One, Outback, and BCS Bowls as well as an NCAA Division I-AA playoff game.
