Jim Eckl
Umpire, Big East Conference

Jim has more than 25 years of football officiating experience. He currently serves the Big East Confernce as an umpire. Jim was honored to have worked the 2010 Chic-Fil-A Bowl and the 2008 Outback Bowl. Prior to joining the Big East Conference, Jim worked for the Colonial Athletic Association, Ivy and Patriot Leagues. He worked a 2005 FCS First Round Play-off game and a 2006 FCS National Semi-Final game. Prior his work at the FCS level, Jim worked for the ECAC. In addition to his collegiate work, Jim worked the 2009 season with the UFL.

Jerry McGinn

Referee, Big East Conference

Jerry currently serves as a Referee for the Big East conference. In his 7 seasons with the Big East, Jerry has been honored with 6 Bowl assignments. They include the Orange, Outback, Music City, Sun, Liberty and Chick-Fil-A/Peach Bowl.

Prior to joining the Big East, Jerry worked in the Atlantic-10 (now the Colonial Athletic Association). During his tenure in the Atlantic-10, Jerry worked a first round playoff game between Florida A & M and Georgia Southern. Other post season games at the Division II & Division III level were; Division II Quarterfinal, Division III Semi-Final and 1^st Round Game.

Jerry is the past President of Eastern Association of Intercollegiate Football Officials (EAIFO) Philadelphia Chapter and the Philadelphia Gridiron chapter of the PIAA.

Tom Considine

Big East Head Linesman

Tom currently serves as a Head Linesman for the Big East Conference. In his 8 seasons with the Big East, Tom has been honored with 3 Bowl assignments. They include the Sun, Humanitarian and Military.
Prior to joining the Big East, Tom worked in the Atlantic-10 (now the Colonial Athletic Association). During his tenure in the Atlantic-10, Tom worked a first round playoff game between Florida A & M and Georgia Southern. Other post season games at the Division II & Division III level were; Division II Quarterfinal, Division III ECAC Championship.
Tom is a long time member of Eastern Association of Intercollegiate Football Officials (EAIFO) Philadelphia Chapter and past President of the Philadelphia Gridiron chapter of the PIAA.

Jerry Hocker

Big 10 Field Judge

Jerry began officiating in 1993. In 2002 he began working NCAA Division 2 and 3 games as a member of the Eastern Association of Intercollegiate Football Officials [ECFOA] staff. In 2004, Jerry was invited to join the staff of the Atlantic 10 [now Colonial Athletic Association], Ivy and Patriot Leagues. Jerry joined the Big 10 Staff in 2006. While continuing with the Big 10, Jerry also worked in the UFL in 2009, working the League Championship Game. Among Jerry's post season assignments are the 2007 Holiday Bowl, the 2008 Texas Bowl, the 2009 Gator Bowl and the 2010 Champ's Sports Bowl.
